No. Visitors scan the QR code and complete FaceX independently using their own phones. A self-guided tablet or kiosk can also be used.
The visitor can be guided toward an appropriate provider for further evaluation. The pathway may use a connected provider, a pharmacy-preferred local provider, or the patient’s existing physician, depending on the operating model and patient choice.
FaceX provides risk awareness and next-step guidance. Qualified healthcare providers remain responsible for clinical evaluation, diagnosis, prescriptions, and treatment decisions.
