This ​​Privacy Notice explains how Soliish, Inc. (“Soliish”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes Personal Data (i.e., information that reasonably identifies a specific individual) collected through our website (https://www.soliish.com ) and other online services that link to this Privacy Notice (collectively, the “Services”), and other online and offline interactions that you may have with us. 

This Privacy Notice does not apply to “protected health information” that is subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended from time to time (“HIPAA”). We handle protected health information when we perform services on behalf of “covered entities” under HIPAA such as healthcare providers and health plans, or “business associates” under HIPAA that work for covered entities. Where this is the case, we are a “business associate” and we process protected health information pursuant to our written contracts with our clients and HIPAA. We encourage you to review your relevant healthcare provider or health plan’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for more information and to exercise your rights under HIPAA.  

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Any updated Privacy Notice will be effective when posted. Please check this Privacy Notice periodically for updates.

Sources of Personal Data

We collect Personal Data about you from the following sources:

Do-Not-Track

Data Security & Retention

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.  We retain Personal Data for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose(s) for which we collected it or as needed for compliance with our legal obligations.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information, including Personal Data, directly from children under the age of ​​​​18. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 18, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below, and we will take prompt steps to delete the information.

Our Services may offer links to other websites which may have information policies and practices different from ours. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy policies, practices, or content of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website prior to providing them with your Personal Data.

Information for Non-U.S. Residents

Our Services are intended for use in the United States only. If you visit our websites from outside the United States, some of your Personal Data will be transferred to and stored on our servers, some of which may be located in the United States. Please note that the data protection laws applicable to your Personal Data in the United States may differ from the data protection laws in your country. By providing us with your Personal Data and using our Services, you acknowledge that your Personal Data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Additional Information for California Residents.

At this time, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) does not apply to us.  However, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 also known as the "Shine the Light" law permits our users who are California residents to:

  • Request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes  
  • The names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year 

If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, submit your request in writing using information below under “Contact us.”  Please note, however, that we do not share personal information for any third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

Notice to Residents of Nevada

We do not sell any Personal Information we collect to any third parties. If we were to do so in the future, we will update this Policy, and provide Nevada residents with the opportunity to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information.
